Finding and connecting your profile

Where do I find my Clash Royale player tag?: Open Clash Royale, tap your level banner on the main screen, and your tag appears under your name — for example #9G2LPL9. Enter it with or without the # on the Clash Royale player lookup.
Where do I find my Brawl Stars player tag?: Open Brawl Stars, tap your profile icon in the top-left corner, and your tag appears under your name. Enter it on the Brawl Stars player lookup.
My tag can’t be found. What now?: Check that you picked the right game — tags are separate per game. Check for typos: player tags only use the letters and numbers shown in game, and the # is optional. If the profile still isn’t found, the tag may be for a different region or the game servers may be temporarily unreachable; try again in a few minutes.
Do I need an account to use StatsConnect?: No. Every lookup, leaderboard, and tool works without signing in. An account (sign in with Google) lets you save player profiles across devices so your players are waiting for you when you come back.

How current are the statistics?: Direct lookups read the official game APIs and are cached for a few minutes, so they are near-live. Leaderboards are polled continuously. Meta statistics are aggregated from public battle logs and refresh on a daily cycle — each report shows its date window and sample size. The data & methodology page has the details.
Why do numbers here differ slightly from my game?: Short caching windows and timezone differences between the game’s servers and this site mean a recently finished battle or trophy change can lag by a few minutes. The in-game display is always the authoritative one.
Does this use my game account or password?: Never. StatsConnect only reads public data through official developer APIs. You never enter game credentials here.

What does an account store?: Just enough to remember your connected player tags: your Google sign-in identity (name, email, profile image) and the tags you connect. The privacy policy lists everything.
How do I remove my data?: Disconnect a profile from your account settings at any time. To delete your account data entirely, contact me by email and it will be removed.

Is StatsConnect free?: Yes, everything is free. Optional contributions keep the crawlers and hosting running and unlock nothing — the experience is identical for everyone.
Is StatsConnect affiliated with Supercell?: No. It is a fan-made project, not endorsed by Supercell, operated under Supercell’s Fan Content Policy.
